Account Verification After Login In PlayLuck
PlayLuck runs identity checks after you sign in to confirm who is using the account and to meet standard KYC/AML rules used by online casinos.
Verification is required before the first withdrawal, and PlayLuck can also trigger it earlier if the account details look inconsistent (for example, name mismatch, repeated failed payment attempts, or multiple accounts linked to the same device).
If you log in from a new country, use a new device, or change core profile data (legal name, date of birth, or registered address), PlayLuck can ask for a fresh review before allowing withdrawals or payment method changes.
Documents must be clear, in full color, and show all four corners; cropped images, heavy glare, and edited files get rejected and delay approval.
- ID: Government-issued passport, national ID card, or driver’s licence; PlayLuck checks full name, date of birth, document number, and expiry date.
- Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government letter dated within the last 3 months; the document must show your full name and the same address as the PlayLuck profile.
- Payment method: For cards, a photo showing the first 6 and last 4 digits with the middle digits covered, plus the cardholder name; for e-wallets, a screenshot of the wallet profile page showing your name and account email/ID.
- Selfie check: A selfie or short video to match your face to the ID; in some cases PlayLuck asks for a selfie with the ID held next to your face.
In practice, PlayLuck finishes the check once the account identity, address, and ownership of the withdrawal method match the same person, and the account keeps full withdrawal access after approval.
